Motortron System Inc. provides a one year limited manufacturer warranty to the MDrive series sensorless brushless motor controllers.
Warranty covers:
Controller malfunctions due to faulty components, poor workmanship and improper performance from software.
Warranty does not cover:
- Controller damage due to application of improper voltages or currents exceeding product ratings.
- Controller damage due to application of wrong battery polarity.
- Controller damage due to abuse that includes immersion in water, improper installation or physical damage.
- Controller damage due to short(s) in motor windings.
- Controller damage due to unauthorized self service or user modifications.
